Women's Trauma-Informed
Yoga Series
You are warmly welcomed to join an 8-week educational and experiential series. This will be a place to meditate, move, and support one another. We will move through themes of mindfulness, embodied self compassion, and embracing the senses. The group will spend time focused on somatic and cognitive exercises and education, and there will also be time dedicated to sharing, discussion, and reflection. Whether you are working through trauma, or just want to feel safe in a sensitive group that deeply respects women's bodies, you are welcome here. There is no pressure to be, look, or feel anyway, but your true self.
